Dear Mrs. Bethea,

Thank you so much for giving me a wonderful opportunity in the form of interview thereby facilitating me to converse with illuminated people including you. I was pleased to know your focus on an individual focused learning and the measures to reduce school violence. The increasing discrepancies in our state graduates’ know-how as compared to other industrialized countries states’ graduates’ knowledge is as much a matter of concern to me as you. Herein the requirements of a good rapport between the teacher and student comes to scene.

Thus my past experience of making learning a fun exercise will be advantageous that can be counted on to develop students as an active learners rather than passive learners. In fact I perceive that every learner needs to be self-motivated to know various theoretical concepts and more importantly its practical application not only in their interest but of society as well.

Furthermore as I already stated in mine cover letter that I give emphasis to effective use of interactive teaching and learning methods. Hence I am also looking forward to use my skills to good use during extra-curricular activities. Additionally with over 10 years of experience I realized that it is neither top-down nor bottom-up planning that really works.

But it is the proper blend of the two approaches that have shown more fruitful results resulting in the development of the conducive environment for one and all in the schools. Thank you once again for taking into account my candidature for your institution. After meeting I am convinced that my skills that I have developed over last 10 years will be utilized optimally. For any further information you are most welcome to contact me at the aforementioned contact number.

Regards,
Brian R. Richardson
