Dear Ms. Prue

Feeling pleased to be offered to be the part of one of the best employers of the world last Saturday by receiving a soft coy of the offer letter for the programmer position. I discovered job responsibilities and accountabilities to be challenging enough yet tailored to my core technical competencies.

As already discussed during interview I am sure of contributing to your firm’s bottom line by importing my hard skills hence looking forward to orchestrate mutually beneficial and awarding long term association. The brief yet illuminating interview was sound enough to convince me about the optimal utilization of my technical expertise apart from its further up-grading through several career advancement programs conducted periodically in the company to sharpen the employees’ skills.

However the offered annual CTC of US$XXXX is lower when compared to the offered annual package offered by XYZ Solutions Inc. that offered an annual salary package of US$YYYY. As of now I haven’t given my consent to them in the form of job acceptance. Thus keeping in view my long and extensive exposure to the industry coupled with past career achievements you are humbly requested to renegotiate further in our mutual beneficial interests. Hence I am anticipating you kind cooperation in the form of a meeting to come to table to discuss the aforementioned matter as soon as possible.

Expecting positive response in the form of reconsideration and revision of the annual package offered.

Sincerely
Nicholas S. Jones
