Mr. David A. Chavez
Manager HR
XYZ Inc.
735 Jefferson Road
USA – Rochester, NY 14523

Dear Mr. Chavez

Initially accept my genuine and straight from the heart sincere thankfulness for associating me as a programmer with the global leader that acts as a one stop shop for all enterprise solutions. As per the forwarded copy of the job offer letter the date of joining is August 1, 2010 at an annual CTC of US $XXX. As discussed during the interview process and as further emphasized in the offer letter the service contract is for two years duration which is renewable subject to my performance in the programming skills assessments plus work place behavior.

In fact I liked the performance based relationship of your firm that goes a long way in motivating each and every individual to improvise his programming paradigm in order to remain an invaluable asset of the firm. Different terms and conditions pertaining to leaves and certain other fringe benefits in the form of housing to funding of education is reflective of your strong commitment to employees’ social security and career development.

However you are kindly requested to reconsider and if possible revise the entitlement to the fringe benefits that begins after a period of four months especially that of housing keeping in view the urgent needs of the employees coming from other corners of the world. And as far as the documents demanded from your side are concerned I’ll hand over to you on date of joining itself.

And in case it is required to be forwarded urgent then kindly let me know through any of the communication channels specified at atop of the letter. Furthermore for any other additional information/query you are most welcome to get in touch with me during convenient hours.

Looking forward to have a long term mutual rewarding association.

Sincerely
Thomas J. Barker
