Dear Mr. Kramer

This is further to our meeting scheduled last week wherein we mutually consented at the idea of organizing a series of rendezvous for the period of next three months prior to your opening of the state’s office to monitor the progress of recruitment as on that particular date.

As deliberated at that meeting the areas of the analysis broadly will be:

  • Period of Agreement including the clear-cut procedure of suspension and renewal
  • Identification of the authorized communication channels which will be regarded as valid for the agreement purpose.
  • Different labor laws applicable and pertinent to the pharmaceutical workers along with their scope of governance.
  • All the UK governmental policies related to immigration of workers including the different provisions concerning the stay period.
  • Means and cost of advertisements if required at any duration of time.
  • Comprehensive recruitment procedure in order to answer the needs of the job description.
  • Particulars of the orientation seminar organized for the selected employees in order to facilitate them to become profit centers from day one.
  • Finalization of the fees per head that is to be paid upon the successful selection of the employees plus the extent of contribution that is likely to be borne keeping in view the statutory requirements.

As settled upon the meeting will be scheduled on every second Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. up to noon. As far as the location is concerned you are requested to finalize it after taking into account our numerous offices in the state. On the conclusion of the meet the summary report will be drafted followed by its forwarding to you as soon as possible. I think I have covered all the relevant points yet in case you think that I have lost sight of some important one then you are requested to expand it further.
